Registration and the creation of a personal profile are only possible on the new subdomain, where all our new users will be able to carry out some initial activities and test some of our capabilities.
To access our official website, and depending on their user type and various personal authorizations, new users must receive an official invitation, guaranteeing identity verification (in accordance with our identity verification rules), and assuming full responsibility for all activities and behavior of new users from one of our users authorized to issue invitations. Why a “gateway”?
To make the official website and all other subdomains even more secure, tidy, organized, and clean, where you can access according to the old rules, but without any need to register (you register only once, on the website free.directdemocracys.org), to activate your profile (if you have a personal profile, active on the initial website, immediately after identification, and the invitation, you are activated on the official website), and you will access our official website, and many other connected websites, with the same username, and the same password, which is chosen and used by every new user, on the website free.directdemocracys.org.
But also to allow anyone to join us, practically for free, without the need for an invitation, and without too much difficulty.
But above all, to allow anyone, if they choose one of the two lower user types, to have no obligation to be present, nor to be obliged to carry out regular and continuous activities with us (with the exception of the various mandatory activities, which must be completed upon first access).
What changes for those who want to join us?
Practically everything changes, because you join us very quickly and easily, without any official invitation, without waiting lists, and based on the type of user selected by each person, practically at no cost (just a very small security deposit, or very affordable annual fees), and without any obligation to be present or to participate in activities with us.
And all the security measures?
Adequate security measures are maintained. Obviously, they aren't as detailed and stringent as those on all our linked websites, but the rules and security measures are gradually enhanced based on the needs and decisions of those who join us, based on their user type.
Anyone who wants to join us must always provide real personal data, but every declaration and self-certification will be verified only by our technologies, with virtually no human intervention, and without anyone being able to discover the personal data of our users. However, anyone who joins us can remain completely anonymous, and if they wish, completely invisible from the outside, and if they wish, even from the inside.
What does practically free mean, because it's not completely free?
DirectDemocracyS is a complete, complex, and highly detailed system. To ensure that public spaces are free of unwanted posts, reserved for public messages and announcements from our system and authorized users, to prevent unauthorized friend requests, advertisements, fake news, and unverified and unapproved external links, and to prevent anyone from engaging in unauthorized activities, we need to establish a simple rule: a security deposit of just a few euros. This will allow anyone to test it for the first year, completely freely, with no obligation to be present, and without having to perform any activities with us (except for the various mandatory activities, which must be completed upon first access). Most importantly, it's practically free (the security deposit, provided there are no disciplinary issues, will be refunded almost entirely after one year, or it can be used at any time to pay an annual fee for any higher user level). As with the main website, we refund virtually the entire amount of every escrow deposit after one year, minus the money transfer fees and a very small fee for managing and verifying escrow deposits.
What are the various stages of registration?
Everyone who joins us, according to our rules, must follow our instructions and the various steps. To join us, you must have:
1. You must always have access to your email address. You can choose to purchase a personalized email address, ending in: directdemocracys.org. This offers numerous advantages and benefits.
2. A username, chosen according to the rules in this informational article, at this link: https://www.directdemocracys.org/law/instructions/for-registration/best-username In short, we guarantee everyone the possibility of remaining completely anonymous, using a nickname, or one with the ISO code of their country, followed by random letters and numbers.

4. A file to upload to the registration form, depending on your user type. For first-time users, also known as access users, there is a simplified, immediate registration. You simply need to upload a photo ID to the registration form—we only accept a valid ID card or a valid passport. For partially verified users and registered users, there is a more complete, immediate registration. You simply need to upload an image file to the registration form, created according to the rules in this informational article, at this link: https://www.directdemocracys.org/law/rules/activity-rules/security-all-rules/file-image. In short, you take a selfie with your face, with a photo ID nearby and clearly visible. We only accept a valid ID card or a valid passport. 5. The transaction number, the security deposit payment number, or, as the case may be, the annual fee payment number, depending on the user type you choose.
To register, NO INVITATION IS REQUIRED, there are no long waiting lists (depending on the type of user chosen, the activation times for new users can last approximately 24 hours for registered users, approximately 48 hours for partially verified users, and approximately 96 hours for initial users, called login users), you only have to pay the security deposit, based on these 3 options:
1. Initial users, also called access users, register for free, but must pay a security deposit of €6.25 if you're over 31, or €3.13 if you're under 31. You'll be able to test some of our system's features for a full year, and at the end of the year, you'll receive almost the entire amount back (€4 if you paid €6.25, €2 if you paid €3.13). If you want to stay with us, you simply need to use the security deposit to pay an annual fee for the following year (in this case, you won't receive a refund of the new annual fee).
2. Partially verified user. Annual fee: €3.13 if you're 31 or older, or €1.57 if you're under 31. Annual fees, once paid, will never be refunded.
3. Registered user. Annual fee: €6.25 if you are 31 or older, or €3.13 if you are under 31. Annual fees, once paid, will never be refunded.
Any user is free to request a higher level of membership at any time. There are two very simple ways to do so: a more convenient one is to simply pay a new annual fee for the chosen membership level. If their request is approved, they will receive the higher level of membership immediately, but will continue to do so until the normal expiration of the security deposit, or the previous annual fee, plus the full year paid for the chosen membership level. In practice, they will have the benefits of the higher level of membership until the old payment expires, or until the payment is made.
Brief explanation. Every person who places a security deposit or pays an annual fee puts money into our system. With a security deposit, after a year, you'll receive almost the entire amount back (minus bank fees and a small fee we retain to cover our expenses for managing your money). Therefore, these security deposits are not annual fees that you will never see again, but rather serve to prevent bad behavior and to punish those who violate our fundamental rules (with the total loss of the deposited amount, the blocking of their personal profile, exclusion from our system, and inclusion in the list of non-grateful people), or, for those who repeatedly violate our other rules and instructions (in which case they will lose a portion of the amount, like a normal fine, and in the case of a repeat offense, they will lose the entire amount, their personal profile will be blocked for a certain period of time, and then they can request reactivation of their personal profile by paying a small fee, in addition to an annual fee).

After registering and creating your personal profile using the registration form, you must confirm your email address by clicking the activation link, or by copying and pasting it into any web browser. After self-activation, your personal profile is activated by our new user activation team. Only after this step will you receive a message confirming that you can now access our reserved areas by entering your username (not your email address, but your username) and password, both of which are chosen by each new user via the registration form, into the login form.
