Profile types
DirectDemocracyS.
Brief explanation of our rules.
According to our official rules, each new rule improves and makes previous rules more useful for everyone, integrating them without distorting them or changing their meaning. In some cases, the new rules modify, and in other cases, replace, old methodologies. The most current rules are considered current and are always retroactive. Every user, new or existing, is required to comply with the new rules.
Implementation rules for profile types.
These rules explain in detail what the various types of profiles are, how many there are, what they are, and how to use them.
Brief introduction.
In the initial stages of all our activities, when the number of people within our system was small, there was no need for different types of profiles, nor was there any need for different user types. Everyone put in a long, hard work proposing, discussing, implementing, testing, and verifying all our rules, methodologies, and instructions, designing and creating all the necessary capabilities. As the number of people grew, a differentiation of roles, profiles, and user types was needed, based on the various tasks, levels of responsibility, reliability, and points accumulated by each person.
The first differentiation.
The first decision each person must make, preferably before joining us, is to choose what role they want to have in our system. To have a secondary, cheaper role (the annual fee is exactly half), without having all the options and potential, simply be a registered user, with a verified and guaranteed identity. This is a lower level of user, but it allows you to vote and decide together with all the other higher-level user types on many of the decisions we will have to make together. For those seeking a primary role, with greater responsibilities but also greater potential, their initial choice (which can be changed, voluntarily or involuntarily) must be for a higher level of user type, and therefore must become our official member.
Advantages and disadvantages.
The only advantage of lower-level users is that the annual fee required to contribute to the optimal, free, independent, and incorruptible functioning of our system is exactly half that of our official members. For those who wish to play a secondary role in our inevitable, yet useful, honest, loyal, and important hierarchies, with less responsibility, this type of user is more than sufficient. It allows them to be part of our immense family and access our main, official website, viewing restricted areas invisible from the outside.
Our official members pay double the annual fee, but in return receive a single individual share (non-cumulative and non-transferable), which makes them owners, along with all other official members, of all our collective activities and any personal activities they choose to participate in for as long as they remain part of our system. As owners of our cooperative joint-stock company, our official members will have various types of profiles, based on the rules governing personal profiles. They may decide, if they wish, to run for political representation, participating in the selection process for our political representatives. They may participate, if authorized, in our closed online primary elections. If successful, they may run as our political representatives in real elections. They may be part of our special groups, based on the rules of the various groups. They may hold roles of greater responsibility, voting in groups reserved for higher-level users, and seeing and working in restricted areas, invisible to lower-level users.
User profiles and types.
The profile types are linked to the various user types, but have separate implementation rules.
Certain types of profiles are reserved, and others are available only to those who obtain a certain user type, or to those who have certain roles, but also, a certain number of points.
Article 01. Types of profiles.
The main profile types are: a personal profile, which is the first and only profile for anyone who joins us, and all types of profiles linked to the main profile. All our users have the right/duty to have a single personal profile, created according to our rules, on our free website "-free-website-". This profile is created voluntarily, after having fully informed themselves through a single registration form, absolutely free of charge, with no obligation to be present, and without any obligation to engage in any activities with us (except for mandatory activities, which must be completed upon first access). For higher user types, this is based on an invitation with guaranteed identity, and with the acceptance of all liability by the inviter.
Article 01.01. Only our official members (and rarely the top registered users with verified and guaranteed identities, who have the most points, who have demonstrated impeccable behavior, who have applied to become official members, and who have already paid an annual official member fee) are available: institutional profiles, also called system profiles (which allow you to manage our system), official representative profile (which allows you to represent our system within it or, as the case may be, outside of DirectDemocracyS), political representative profile (which allows you to engage in political activity within us and, after participating in our online primary elections, in the event of a positive result, also outside of it), external representative profile (which allows you to represent our system outside of it), business profile, also called joint investment profile, which allows you to conduct all financial, economic, multimedia, information, tourism, and sports activities, and to manage our foundation. All types of profiles will be created and activated as needed, based on our needs and decisions.
Article 02. Number of profiles.
Each person can have only one personal profile and, based on their user type, they can request, and if authorized, obtain, only one profile of each type, linked to their personal profile, of those available types, according to our rules and our methodologies.
Article 03. Personal profiles.
Each person joining DirectDemocracyS will create only one personal profile on our official website.
Article 03.01. Creating 2 or more personal profiles.
Creating two personal profiles for the same person is absolutely prohibited, and as soon as it is discovered, a user with two or more personal profiles will immediately be blocked, deleted, and all the profiles he or she owns will be automatically added to the list of non-grateful people.
Article 03.01.01. Creating a profile in another person's name.
Anyone who creates one or more personal profiles in someone else's name will be immediately tracked down, reported, and charged by our special groups, on behalf of all our users in our system. If they have a personal profile, they will be immediately blocked, deleted , or eliminated, and automatically added to the list of non-compliant individuals.
Article 03.01.01.01. Creation of personal profiles for minors under 18 by parents or legal guardians.
Article 03.01.01 of these implementing rules does not apply to the creation of personal profiles for minors under the age of 18 by parents or legal guardians of minors under the age of 18, provided that the group's authorization to create personal profiles for minors under the age of 18 is requested and obtained prior to doing so.
04. Procedure for requesting other types of personal profiles.
The process for requesting one or more types of personal profiles is very simple: fill out a request form for each type of personal profile you wish to obtain, based on the implementing rules for each profile type, and you will receive simple instructions for doing so in a simple, fast, orderly, organized, and secure manner.
05. Types of users who can request, more types of users.
All official members can request more than one profile type, and if authorized, they will obtain them.
In certain cases, they may request more than one type of profile, and if authorized, even our registered users, with verified and guaranteed identity, will obtain them, provided they have first requested the official member type by paying an annual fee, for at least one year, which will be added to the annual fee valid at that time.
05.01. The lower user types.
All other lower user types can have, only and exclusively, their own personal profile.
05.02. The higher user types.
User types higher than official members, especially those who also have a higher number of points, obtain the various profile types more quickly, but always on the basis of a request, and authorization, from the group assigning the profile types.
06. Currently available list of profile types. It will be updated based on various decisions, even at a later date.
06.01. Personal profile, mandatory for anyone joining us.
