Problems with certain email providers

The universe of technology, and the galaxy of the Internet, are truly very strange, and often, as you will see in this article, they are unfair.

We barely had time to tell you that our number of users has practically doubled, and tripled in Italy, before we were automatically blacklisted by many major Italian email service providers, as well as by a major international email company. In practice, what happens is that we can receive any message from anyone, but if we try to reply, our email server tells us that we have been blacklisted, and therefore the message cannot be forwarded.

This truly foolish behavior, and above all, very annoying for many people who contact us, demonstrates once again that we are a nuisance to many who would like to prevent us from existing, to change and improve everyone's lives, including the lives of those who seek to boycott us, slow us down, or, worse, delude themselves into thinking they can stop us.

But what if we can't send you our messages? Simple: anyone who tries to join us using an email service that has blacklisted us won't be able to.

Technically, anyone wishing to join us can fill out the registration form, but our computerized registration system's first, fully automated verification process—which involves clicking an activation link, or copying and pasting it, and accessing it with any browser, to confirm your email address—doesn't work. Therefore, not only will you not receive this link, but you won't be able to confirm your email address by auto-activating your personal profile. Therefore, you won't be automatically activated, and we won't be able to proceed with verifying your phone number or activating your personal profile. As a result, you're wasting your time, wasting valuable points, and risk being denied access to us. A second serious consequence is that many of you, rightfully, may want to create a new personal profile, believing your registration hasn't been successfully registered.

NEVER DO THIS. Do not create a second account, either with the same email address or with a different email address. If, after you have completed all the required fields on the registration form, our system confirms that your registration was completed and submitted correctly , and you do not receive the link to self-activate your personal profile (always check your SPAM folder, where, with almost all other email providers, our legitimate, encrypted, and secure messages often end up), send a message to this email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You will receive a unique code from us via SMS or a message using a standard messaging app. You will need to copy and paste this code into a second message to send to our system from the same email address you entered on the registration form. You must write the code received on your phone as the text of the message, and as the header of the message write: confirm phone number, to this second email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . This way we will activate both your email address and your phone number, and we will send you confirmation of your activation, to your phone number. Immediately afterward, you will be able to access our website on which you registered, by entering your username and your access password, chosen and declared in the registration form, in the login form.

After your first login, we recommend that you change your email address to a new, securely protected personal email address so you can receive notifications as needed.

We repeat: always follow the above procedure, and never register, for any reason, 2 or more times, because not only will subsequent registrations be blocked, but you will never again be able to use, for any reason, not even the first personal profile, and you will automatically be added to our list of non-grateful people in our system, and you will never be able to join us again.

If you follow the simple, fast, and secure procedure, registering just once, we can together overcome any problems and any attempts by others to make our lives more difficult and complicated.

But the problems aren't limited to registering and activating your personal profile, but also to notifications regarding various activities within our system. To solve this problem, simply set up all system notifications so that, as soon as you log in to our website, you'll see what's new in your personal profile notifications.

Finally, the most serious problem : if you forget your password or username, they can be recovered completely automatically by entering the email address you provided on the registration form. If our system fails to send you the link to recover your password, or your username (if you've forgotten it), you won't be able to recover your login information. To recover your username, if you've forgotten it, follow a similar procedure to that for your password: your username can be recovered completely automatically by entering the email address you provided on the registration form. The only thing that changes, compared to the specific implementation rules, is that you will receive the login details for your personalized email in our system via a text message on your phone, and not via email.
