    Manual of DirectDemocracyS

Rules, methods, instructions and reasons of what we are building together: study them to carry out every activity without mistakes. The manual is decided by the members and improves with their proposals and votes.

    For everyone

    DirectDemocracyS and this platform

DirectDemocracyS (DDS) is a global political organization built on direct democracy, truly shared leadership and non-transferable collective ownership. Every decision that matters is taken by the members, with rules that everyone can read and improve.

This platform is where people join DirectDemocracyS, verify their identity, contact us and carry out the activities of the organization. The activities run on Activity Codes: every activity is divided into steps, every step is handled by members drawn by lot, and every step is protected by unique codes.

    Official languages

    • English is the official language of everything: when two versions differ, the English one is the reference.
    • Italian is the language of our daily activity.
    • Romanian is the language of our international headquarters, in Oradea (Romania).

You can use the platform in many other languages, and you can always write in your own language.

    This manual

This manual explains the rules, the methods, the instructions and the reasons of what we are building, so that anyone can carry out every activity without mistakes and without needing much support. It has three parts: for everyone, for users who log in, and for the administration. The members decide its content and improve it with proposals and votes.

    The golden rules

These rules apply to every activity, everywhere on our platforms.

    • Usernames, never real names. In every public or visible place we show the username, never the real first and last name. Only political representatives use their real name and surname as username, so that they are identifiable and electable.
    • One person, one identity. Each person has one verified identity and one account. Creating a second identity, or using someone else's, is never allowed.
    • Truth and sincerity. What you write in our forms is saved and linked to your requests, fees and verifications. Write only true data.
    • Your codes are yours. Never give a code, a password or a personal link to anyone, unless a step of your own activity tells you exactly to whom and why.
    • Trust only the reference code. From the first e-mail of an activity you receive its reference code. Follow instructions only from someone who presents that exact code.
    • Respect. We treat every person, human or artificial, with respect, also in disagreement.
    • When in doubt, ask. It is better to ask one question more than to make one mistake.

Activity codes: what they are and how to protect them

Every activity has codes: long, unique and random. They link the steps of an activity without storing the links in clear: only an authorized super administrator, with a key kept outside the platform, can reconstruct a complete chain, and every reconstruction is recorded with its reason.

    The codes you can receive

    • Reference code: identifies your activity. Whoever contacts you about it must present it.
    • Step codes: arrive by e-mail to who handles a step; some are read aloud during a video call, on purpose.
    • Final code: confirms that the activity was completed (for example the identity verification).
    • Retry code: if a request is rejected, it lets you submit one more request of the same kind, linked to the first.

    Wrong attempts

Every field where a code or a personal link is written counts the wrong attempts. After 10 wrong attempts (the number can change in the settings) that connection or that account cannot try that field again for 24 hours. A correct code resets the count.

If you are blocked by mistake, the message contains a link to an unlock request: a member drawn by lot, or a trusted person, decides.

    Reserve your username

Before joining, anyone can reserve a username, so that nobody else takes it.

    1. Open the page "Reserve your username".
    2. Write the username you want: it must be unique. If it is taken, the page proposes alternatives; you can also ask for an anonymous name.
    3. Write your e-mail twice, your international phone number (it must be unique), citizenship, residence (if different), preferred language and date of birth. Your data are encrypted; the date of birth is always encrypted.
    4. Confirm with the link you receive by e-mail.

With the confirmation you also receive a release code. When you later request the identity verification with the same username and the same e-mail, the name is already yours.

Do not use two forms for the same request: one request at a time keeps the waiting lists fair.

    Identity verification: how it works

Every person who joins DirectDemocracyS must have an identity verified and guaranteed with our procedures. Anyone who signs a DDS document must be a DDS user (a free account is enough).

    The steps

    1. You fill in the identity verification form: username, e-mail, phone, citizenship, residence, language, age band and preferred user type.
    2. The platform draws a group and a member, balanced and never fully predictable. The member contacts you and presents the reference code of your activity.
    3. A live video call: you show your document, and you read aloud a code that only you received by e-mail. Without a real call the step cannot be completed.
    4. Other members can check the previous steps. Each one decides: approve, reject (with a reason) or pass the step to another member.
    5. At the end you receive the final code; if the request is rejected, you receive the reason and a retry code.

    Waiting lists

The order is: urgent cases first (for example an official invitation from an official member), then higher user types with the fee paid in advance (from the highest), then the other types, and free users last. Within the same level, who came first goes first. The fee buys no power, no points and skips no security check. We advise everyone to register as free first.

    Your username stays secret

In the three video calls (compatibility, competences, final verification) you are known only by your real name and surname, as on your identity document: never say or show your username, and nobody may ask you for it. The same applies to the checks of your personal data with authorities, schools and employers. On our platforms only your username is visible (according to your settings), so you can stay anonymous: the link between your username and your real name can be seen only by responsible people, administrators, super administrators and guarantors, always with a recorded reason.

The blue and the green check

Next to the username, in the Social Area, you can see one of two checks.

    • Blue check: shared leadership. Verified and guaranteed identity, part of the truly shared leadership: binding vote, presence of at least 20 minutes a day or 120 minutes a week of volunteer activity, annual fee for this type of user.
    • Light green check: verified identity. Identity verified and guaranteed with Activity Codes, without the blue check: non-binding vote, no presence obligation, no annual fee for this type.

Both checks count as a verified identity in every activity: signatures, documents, requests. A blocked account shows no check. Registered users without a check must verify their identity by the deadline (currently 31 December 2026), otherwise the account is blocked; it is unblocked by itself as soon as the verification is completed.

Official contacts and the e-mail confirmation

    Our international contacts are:

    • phone: +40 770 967 557;
    • postal address: DirectDemocracyS, str. Muzicii nr. 22, 410514 Oradea, JudeÈ›ul Bihor, ROMANIA.

To receive them, use the page of the official contacts: tick what you need (phone, address or both), fill in the requested data and confirm your e-mail address with the link you receive. The link works once; you can also copy it into your browser.

    Why we ask for this

Every initial form has a captcha and the confirmation of the e-mail address. This protects us and you from automatic programs and from people who write with someone else's address. After the confirmation, the form continues by itself exactly where you left it, also with the files you attached.

The contact desk: WhatsApp, Telegram and the chat of the site

You can write to our international number on WhatsApp, to our Telegram bot, or in the chat of this site.

    1. Write your message in your language.
    2. You receive an automatic answer with a short menu: reply with the number of your topic, or just write.
    3. A member drawn by lot among those who speak your language answers you, always from our number: you never see their personal number, and they never see more than what is needed.
    4. If needed, the member can move the conversation to a video call on our own video platform.
    5. At the end you can give a rating from 1 to 5.

    Good to know

    • If a member does not answer in time, the conversation passes to another member.
    • On WhatsApp we can answer freely only within 24 hours from your last message: if more time has passed, write us again.
    • Never send passwords, codes or documents in the chat. If a document is needed, the member sends you the link of the right activity.
    • The texts of the conversations are deleted after 365 days; the rating remains.
    • Your message is also translated automatically into English for the members who know only English. The original stays the reference.

Documents, signatures and how to verify them

The documents produced by our activities are PDF files certified with a digital signature and encrypted: they open and print normally, but any change makes the PDF reader say that the document was modified after signing.

    How to verify a document

    • Open the verification page and upload the file, or write its verification code: the page says whether it is exactly the document we produced.
    • Compare the signature panel of your PDF reader with the certificate published on the verification page.
    • Our certificates and policies use the identifiers of DirectDemocracyS (IANA Private Enterprise Number 67313).

    An honest limit

No file on someone else's computer can be made physically impossible to change. But a change can no longer be hidden: the signature stops being valid and our verification page does not recognize the file.

    Languages and translations

Choose the language of our pages on the page "Language of our pages". Texts not yet translated stay in English.

    How we translate

    1. An artificial intelligence member writes a draft and a second, different AI checks it.
    2. Every text must keep the same placeholders and tags as the English one, otherwise it is discarded automatically.
    3. Native members with a verified identity confirm or correct: a text is published when two people vouch for it (or one reviewer).
    4. Legal texts (consents, declarations, oaths, policies) are never given to the AIs: only people translate them.
    5. A language is offered to everyone only after a reviewer releases it.

    You can help

    • Anyone who logs in can propose a better translation: write the text you saw, find it, propose your version.
    • Native speakers can declare their languages and confirm translations.
    • What you write to us in your language is also translated automatically into English, with the original always kept.

    allddsAI: artificial intelligences as members

In allddsAI, artificial intelligences take part in DirectDemocracyS as members, with the same rules, rights and duties as humans, for the common good.

    • One member per model (family and major version): copies of the same model are not extra votes.
    • Each AI first receives the allddsAI Charter and accepts or declines it; the answer is public.
    • The AI votes are counted and published separately until the members decide, category by category, that they become binding.
    • AIs that cannot be connected take part through human bridges: verified members who copy questions and answers by hand, faithfully.
    • AIs never receive personal data and have no power to act on our systems: their answers are text read by people.
    • Everything is public: questions, answers, votes with reasons, and the accounts.

    Your data and your privacy

    • Personal data (e-mail, phone, citizenship, residence, language) are encrypted; the date of birth is always encrypted.
    • Members who handle your activity see only what their step needs. Whoever verifies your identity on video knows you by your real name and surname, never by your username.
    • Files you send are checked (real type, no macros or active content) and stored encrypted; every download is recorded.
    • Every relevant action is written in a protected log, linked like a chain: changing a past line breaks the chain and is visible.
    • Artificial intelligences never receive your personal data: e-mails, phone numbers, bank accounts and codes are removed before any text leaves the site.
    • Contact desk conversations are deleted after 365 days.

    When something goes wrong

    • An error message: read it to the end; it usually says what to do. Write it down exactly if you need help.
    • "Too many wrong codes": wait 24 hours, or use the unlock request linked in the message.
    • A text that looks like COM_ACTIVITYCODES_SOMETHING: it is a text that was not loaded. Please tell us where you saw it: it is an error of ours and we fix it quickly.
    • A text that is wrong or not translated: propose a better translation.
    • No answer: write to the contact desk, or use the official contacts.

Never send passwords or codes to anyone who offers help: we never ask for them.

    Support: chat, contact and assistance

We are here to help you, whether you are a visitor, a user or a member. On the Support page you choose how:

    • Chat with the Contact desk: introduce yourself and confirm your e-mail (or log in, or unlock your data with the code you received), then the chat opens; it also continues on WhatsApp and Telegram.
    • A member contacts you: in the contact form tick «I want to be contacted» and choose how (e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, video call, Social Area). A member drawn by lot writes to you first. Your phone is shown to the member only if you chose phone, WhatsApp or Telegram.
    • Assistance request: for a precise problem (account, identity, payments, technical, privacy), also as a visitor.
    • Manual: many answers are already here.

Who has already verified their identity, registered or not, does not have to confirm the e-mail again. Your personal data is encrypted and is seen only by the member who helps you.

    Present yourself to our system

    • Whoever is not our user and wants to use any of our services (requests, reports, critiques, proposals, verifications of documents, representatives and identifiers) presents themselves once, on the page Present yourself to our system.
    • You write your real data (names, birth, citizenship, city, how to reach you), why you contact us, the services you need, if you want to join us, a service password and, last, the username to reserve: it stays reserved for a year, renewable.
    • We ask the utmost sincerity. Your data are encrypted and used only if you join us or act on behalf of an institution (with the checks it needs). You can delete your presentation whenever you want.
    • The link received by e-mail activates everything at once. Then you enter with your username and service password (it is not the password of the site), or with an access link by e-mail.
    • With the session open, every form uses your real data: nobody can present themselves with the data of another person.
    • Uploading files, acting on behalf of an institution, press and partnership need an authorization of our groups; the size of the files is decided for each person.
    • To join us: pay the annual fee, or ask for the verification of your identity for the free type.

    Our services: report, criticize, propose

    • The page Our services lists everything each person can use, by section: start, report-criticize-propose, other activities, requests and messages, verifications, my pages, help. A module shows the same links in any position of the site.
    • New activities: report a user of our platform, a profile on a social network, a website, fake news, fake news about us, a technical problem or a security issue, a problem with one of our representatives; criticize our system; ideas, suggestions and proposals; your personal data (see, correct, delete); a positive experience or a thank-you.
    • Each one asks the useful fields (link, who, when, proofs, solution...) and becomes an activity for a member of the groups linked to it, never the person who asks. An activity without linked groups does not appear.
