But you enter it, first as a visitor, consulting all the parts visible to everyone, and then as a guest, or registered user, by visiting and using the potential, visible and usable, to all our registered users. No one is allowed to communicate, or seek to know, things that do not belong to him. You don't create groups, without being authorized, by our administrators, or by the administrators of the groups you belong to. There is a group that takes care of the creation of all the necessary groups. You don't access, and you don't request access to, random groups, but you always ask permission from your administrators.
